If her period started 2 days ago, she'd most likely still be on her period. Chances of getting pregnant then are not.... impossible but highly unlikely. Two weeks from her period *ending* not *starting* would be around the time she'd be ovulating and most fertile.
You *can* test for your pregnancy two weeks after conceiving but you might get a false negative. Best time is one week after your period is late.

Possibly. When she returned to campus after the camping trip, she started a brief dalliance with an exchange stiudent from Nigeria. A few weeks later he went back to his country, when his student visa expired. Pam's period was late but she was not concerned because it was always irregular. Whe it was two months late she got concerned and went for a pregnancy test. It came back positive.

If you take Clomid and your menstrual period has not come when you expected, then do a pregnancy test. A repeatedly negative pregnancy test after a missed period and Clomid usually means that you did not ovulate, Clomid did not work, and you are not pregnant.
