Cymbalta (duloxetine): Cymbalta (duloxetine) can accumulate if the kidneys are impaired in their function. Then Cymbalta (duloxetine) doses have to be modified. But, yes, Cymbalta (duloxetine) can be taken with CKD and Hi BP safely, with careful dosing. It will not elevate BP or worsen CKD.
