It is a drug widely used for nausea, especially nausea accompanied with vomiting. In my case I have menieres disease which causes me to be dizzy, that dizziness is often accompanied by nausea, a little phenergan will help ease that symptom, it won't make the dizziness go away but it helps with the nausea.
