I cant sleep for more than 4 hours at a time. I tried melatonin, that helped with time, but made the nightmares worse. I'm going to try halving the melatonin dose tonight. I'm currently on 45 mg of prednisone, and was recently diagnosed which I'm sure doesnt help the nightmares. Hopefully as the prednisone tapers down we both get some better sleep
