The Pharmacists Regulation sets out which conditions pharmacists may prescribe for, and the Schedule I drug categories pharmacists may prescribe for those conditions, which may be different than the medSask guidelines. Pharmacists are responsible for understanding and following the regulatory requirements for prescribing in BC.
