PCN allergy: Consider ciprofloxacin/clindamycin or aztreonam/clindamycin PCN allergy: Consider ciprofloxacin/clindamycin or aztreonam/clindamycin
Treat with Azithromycin, oral, 1g as a single dose. If PCN allergy: Perform baseline RPR. Continue to replace benzathine benzylpenicillin with.
