Members Online • Zoloft and Adderall I’ve been on 50 mg Zoloft for 2 years now for both depression and anxiety and it’s been life changing for me. Haven’t had suicidal thoughts since then and it’s been night and day with my anxiety. I recently started taking adderall XR for my ADHD a few months ago and I’m currently taking 20 mg daily. It’s undeniably helped me and besides trouble shooting due to sleep problems the combo seemed to be fine. But recently I’ve definitely noticed a huge increase in my anxiety. Almost like I’ve gone back to pre Zoloft me and it’s terrifying! And definitely adds to the anxiety! I just lost my health insurance coverage and until I get that sorted I can’t discuss this with my dr. When I am able to see someone I want to explore different drug combo options but in the meantime I’m going crazy! Should I stop taking one drug? Ah but I really need both! I have had a dose increase for Zoloft but I haven’t tried it yet and honestly my anxiety coming back makes me more scared to increase my Zoloft dose! But should I? I know adderall can increase anxiety and some people don’t do well on this combo. Please share any relevant insight to help me in my insurance-less and dr-less limbo!
