Day. I'm still experimenting with the times I take it and everything, but for the most part it's been good so far. I definitely am feeling less anxious, and I like having more control over how much is in my system at one time.A couple downfalls for the Adderall is having to carry it with you and remembering to take it. So if someone responded well to the Vyvanse, I would suggest they take that to avoid the hassle.Overall both drugs have helped me immensely. If you have more questions about my experience with either drug let me know.But as far as the dose, 50mg of Vyvanse once a day is very similar to 5 [10mg] tablets of Adderall taken throughout the day.Sorry for the extensive answer... hope some of it helps though!-B Hello waters marsha. I lean towards the Adderall because the daily dose can be broken up into 3 individual doses, if the need be. (more effective, my own opinion) The Vyvance is taken once per day. Both doses are the suggested maximum for either drug.
