Whole and usually barfs afterward. Fortunately, they’re soft and I can break the sticks into smaller pieces for more reasonable portions. If your cat isn’t a piglet like my (not so) little guy, these treats will probably be great for them! In the future, I’ll probably just order the regular ones. 5.0 out of 5 stars Great ... with one exception Reviewed in the United States on April 24, 2021 My cat loves True Chews treat—adores them, far more than he loves me. I got these stick-style treats with the idea that he could occasionally have a special big treat that he’d enjoy for a while. He loves them, just like the regular ones—but he gets so excited that he chokes them down nearly whole and usually barfs afterward. It works better than catnip or treats. Once she figured out what behavior got her one, she will continue doing it to get more (do not think this is good but what the heck). My only concern is that they are too soft and a stick is gone within a few minutes. I was looking for something more like a dog bone that she can gnaw and chew. That being said, reordered them because if it makes her happy who cares? 12 people found this helpful Report 5.0 out of 5 stars Picky cats LOVE these duck sticks Reviewed in the United States on June 28, 2022I have spoiled, picky cats and wasn't sure if they would like this duck flavor. THEY ALL LOVE THEM!The texture is a dry semi-moist; NOT rubbery like some cat chew sticks. You can easily break them to smaller pieces. I have one cat who wants the whole stick that he holds between his paws to eat, lol.I *do* recommend these True Chew sticks. Cats are finicky so yours may be different. Some sticks were broken but mostly intact. My main complaint is they are not actually "chew" sticks, they are just soft chews in stick form. Was hoping this would keep my cats busy for a while but they ate them in two bites. Still looking for a chew stick that can keep them occupied a while longer and give some tartar cleaning benefit. 45 people found this helpful Report 5.0 out of 5 stars My Cat Goes Crazy for These Reviewed in the United
