Members Online • So at first I was prescribed it in 2016, took it for two weeks. I was on Invega at the same time and trintellix gave me MDMA body high, some weird itchiness and completely limp dick ( probably interaction with Invega). Stopped after 2 weeks due to sexual side effects and went on lexapro and stayed on it for 5 years until i changed my main med (Invega) to haloperidol. Haloperidol with lexapro started to give bad heart palpitations (bad interaction) so my pdoc switched me to trintellix again. So first few days on trintellix were really emotional, watched lord of the rings and cried a lot, was super dizzy and had blurry vision that i crashed mom's car in a parking lot into a pole while back away. After 3-7 days emotional blunting started. Trintellix also started to reduce my thoughts (good and bad ones) helped with my OCD tremendously and stopped having suicidal thoughts in 2 weeks mark. This time trintellix caused loss of libido. Due to lack of thoughts, imagination and loss of libido porn looked so artificial, but it wasnt difficult to ejaculate and there was no anoragasmia. I also up to week 4 enjoyed old acitivities like playing video games and listening to music and was really lovong the world, but still dizzy, blurry vision and massive lack of thoughts made hard to read anything long. Week 6-8 seemed trintellix effects subsiding, anhedonia and avolition returned with some breakthrough anxiety, still good for depression, still swme side effecrs: lack of thoughts (and imagination), dizziness, blurry visiona and some emotional blunting. I forgot to mention about sleep, I slept like a rock first 2 weeks like 16hrs, then kept subsiding till week 6, but still needed a nap during the day. Bowel wise it mainly causes diarrhea, so need to watch out for caffeine (sharted my pants couple of times). Nausea is quite bad and never did go away fully, threw up on a first day and couple months after (smoking makes it worse). Now im at month 4 and I cant take the dizziness anymore, its like im living from a 3rd person, also if not for the dizziness and loss of thoughts and wouldnt stop it,
