Actually NO, diclofenac or ibuprofen for that matter would NOT show up on the 8-panel drug test. This is because the 8 panel drug test looks for the following drugs which include,marijuana,cocaine,opiates,PCP,amphetamines,benzodiazepines, &barbituratesPlus alcoholBut the diclofenac and Ibuprofen are drugs which do NOT show up on the 8-panel test, YES there are RARE instances where ibuprofen or diclofenac can sometimes trigger a FALSE POSITIVE result for Marijuana. This occurs in less than 0.5% of the patients who get the test done, however even if that happens it would NOT lead to any problems as a positive test is often send in for confirmatory testing, this confirmatory test is done via the GC/MS method of testing which is EXTREMELY accurate and it will clearly show that you DONT have marijuana in your system and your positive test result is a FALSE positive due to the ibuprofen and diclofenac in your system.Also if you get a phone call request, it is an AUTOMATED site response and I did NOT send it.
