Pain wears me out!! I use a very large heating pad and keep adjusting it to the worst pain areas at night. I've been going to a pain clinic for about 20 years and I take Gabapentin, Belbuca, Naproxen and hydrocodone which help tremendously. The Dr just put me on Belbuca which is a film coated with the medicine that you put in your cheek and let it dissolve...it is an opiod. I have had more relief from that than anything, and I don't have to take as much other meds. My husband and I go out dancing on Saturday nights...pain or not every week... I'm in bed all the next day, but its worth it just to get out and be with friends. I find that trying to get my mind off the pain is very freeing. I wish there was a simple answer to this condition, but regrettably there isn't. Thanks for sharing...
