Generally I hate those pain releivers anyways, but in this case I'd like to make the evening as pleasant as possible. #2 It's possible it may interact, it also may have it's own effects that work against it - aside from the liver - might be better off with something natural like feverfew extract. #3 Yeah - I hate those NSAID pain relievers. I almost never take them. But I rarely get headaches too. I figure with headaches being a common side effect with Cialis, many users must end up taking them to help. It did help with the headache, and a headache while she's here would really lessen my enjoyment of our time together. not2big Senior Super Moderator, PEGym Hero #4 I take daily Cialis (20 mg) and I also take a daily adult aspirin. It may just be me, but I have rarely if ever experienced a head ache as a result. #5 acetaminophen seems to be the one with the liver issue. Ibuprofen on the other hand can cause stomach issues. I'd rather take Ibuprofen than risk messing with my liver, especially since I take a statin which works by breaking down in the liver.I'd still like to know though if ibuprofen works against cialis in terms of overcoming ED. Certainly users here must have some experience with this - I'm curious to hear some first-hand experience. Has ibuprofen negated the positive effects of Cialis for you, or does the Cialis seem to work just as well
