So far I don't think I have any side affects except made headaches from day one. I have other health problems and I don't want to gain weight. I was just wondering if losartan can cause weight gain? It isn’t pills. I got on a diet to gain weight, stayed at a buffet eating 6 hours a day. In 4 months went from 128 to 212 pounds and got off the appetite enhancer and ate a lot still and in just 5 months I was back down to 135. I have both skinny parents. When a skinny girl let’s say has a kid with a big man. It’s slowly erasing the skinny dna RockinRobbin 29 June 2024 I am so happy to find this. Over the last 2-3 years I have been steadily gaining weight. It makes no sense. I thought it was the NP thyroid I was taking but I recently stopped that, thinking the weight would come off like it did the last time I went off of it. Then I considered Losartan because it's the only other one that I started taking around the same time. Like so many on here, I have been diligently practicing good eating habits, low calories, etc. Yet, here I am, and everywhere else says this can't happen. I am sick of
