Friends because I was so tired. That was when I started losing weight on my own. Before I got on phentermine I lost 60 lbs on my own – it took a long time but I was able to do it. Then I kept hitting a wall and was around 196. I went to my doctor because I heard a friend tried phentermine and had success so I thought I’d try it. I dropped down to 170 within a few months and got off the medicine and lost another five. I am currently at 165 and my goal is 145, I was prescribed phentermine one more time as of today since it had been so long since I took it. Hopefully I will hit my goal weight by the end of this year and can close the chapter on my journey! 🙂”MandyLost 50 Pounds“I’ve always struggled with my weight – it’s easy for me to gain if I don’t keep a constant eye on what I’m eating. So there was a time in my life when I wasn’t the happiest and I let myself go and I didn’t care if I gained or how I looked. Before I knew it, I had put on 50 pounds and was miserable. It was actually a picture of myself helped me to wake up and realize I needed to do something. I dieted on my own for about five months before I started taking phentermine. I lost a couple of pounds, but I was struggling. Then my sister-in-law told me how much she had lost on phentermine, so I decided to give it a try. It gave me so much energy and helped curb my cravings. I’m very glad I gave it a shot. Since I’ve started taking phentermine there really wasn’t any difficult adjustments. I had made up my mind that I was going to stick to my diet and pills and get the weight off. Once my mind was made up, it was an easy adjustment.”ShelbyLost 87 Pounds“I saw number on the scale go over 200lbs and just knew I had to do something. Phentermine made it pretty easy to adjust in general, but I had a little trouble getting used to my “new” appetite. I would still order the same amount of food or cook the same amount as I always had for myself and I would only actually maybe eat a quarter of it. The most rewarding part of my new lifestyle is that I feel better. I’ve learned to love myself inside and out, and my health is much better. Knowing I’m at a healthy weight and not having to worry if I’ll be around to see age 50 is a wonderful feeling to finally have. As far as advice goes, all I can really say is, don’t give up. Phentermine does its job, but you have to do yours as well. It’s not a miracle pill, but if you put in the effort to get started, phentermine will
