(ill talk more about this in a bit)thirdly A TRUE T5 works by suppressing your appetite to educe calorie intake NOT by speeding up metabolism as all this does is make you sweat so you take on more fluids which actually cause water retention so you actually end up putting on weight...The last and probably most important part of a TRUE T5 is the thermogenic agent this works by heating your core body temperature which in turn breaks down fat literally whilst you sleep or go about your normal daily routine...As i said earlier
