Than you need. I will pray for you. Yes it does. This pill is like methamphetamine. This is a mix of dextro and amphetamine salts. It's a stimulant. It treats mostly adhd and narcolepsy. It's a CNS stimulant. I find the different generics to have different effects. The most effective adderall pills are shaped like a football. I was reading that the fda allows up to a plus or minus 20% variance in active ingredients. What's peoples experience with this generic? It's my first time with this generic adderall 10 mg. Most of the time these pills have a salty sweet taste. This pill has a chalky taste and im not sure if it's as effective as the football shaped ones. What does everyone think? Hi. I have been on Adderral for the past 2 years and I would completely agree that the blue football shaped ones (Teva brand) are sweet tasting and more effective. I do tend to crash when the effects wear off (3-5 hours later) but I don't usually have any trouble sleeping unless I took a larger dose than usual. I have used a round blue one (more chalky and bitter tasting) that had "Cor" printed on it which did not agree with me at all. (I had a lot of trouble sleeping with it as well as severe nausea, even when I took it with food). Generics are technically supposed to be similar but are not well regulated and are definitely not all alike as they have different fillers, types of salts, quality, quantity, etc. If you find you have trouble with one generic brand, definitely either go to a different pharmacy (Walmart tends to carry Teva) or specify to your pharmacist the brand that you want. I am prescribed Adderall 10mg and I was usually given a blue capsule but this time I was given a blue pill with u27 on it. The question i have is is this time release? I was taking time release before. I would ask the pharmacy but they are currently closed and I would like to know now.
